GARDEN YOGA WITH MS. LOVELY – ES & ECC SUMMER PROGRAM 2020

This week, the TAS ECC Summer Program students are learning all about plants and their different parts. One of the ways we are doing this is through practicing Garden Yoga! Garden Yoga (or other forms of yoga) helps the students to increase their body awareness and mindfulness. Practicing Garden Yoga also enhances their concentration as well as developing their strength and flexibility. It’s such a healthy way to learn! Maybe you can try some of the Garden Yoga techniques at home with your students! Please ask the students to show you any of the poses they can remember. Thanks!
